Sindh is economic hub of Pakistan thus contributes a large share towards the country's economic development. Out of the total labor force of province 32.73,a ratio of around 55% is from the age group1 8-35 years who needs guidance and skill building to outshine in competitive global marketplace. Traditionally, training and development was not viewed as a movement that could help youth earn "value", "livelihoods" and successfully deal with competitive challenges. With acceptance of significance of education and intervention of technology, the vision has changed and skill trainings are considered an essential component to takeup the challenges of this information age.

BBSYDP since its inception is committed to provide skill trainings to vulnerable youth living in marginalized communities of Sindh. Youth is copious asset of our country who is stagnating in an abyss of utter poverty. At BBSYDP, we strongly believe that poverty can never be an impediment for advancement, if motivation is there to support the potential.

Youth across the globe are born equal, what they become is the outcome of opportunities come to them. Opportunities are to be created and yielded to help youth deal with chasm of aggression. Despite of apparent odds, we are proud to present a model of transformation of skill development leading to employability; the trainee with us is prepared to be an effective and productive contributor to the industry.

BBSYDP aspires to prop up youth to be able to survive in this challenging era besides strengthening capacities of its partner training institutes to plan and execute procedures intended to advance towards the increased employability.

At BBSYDP, we prepare youth as entrepreneurs considering this step as the small business development to help communities grow and prosper.

I anticipate collaboration to create and promote opportunities for youth to obtain decent and productive work for a skillful region.
